Arrival Somnath via Veraval – H/D Somnath Tour (30 mins (4.5 km))

Upon arrival at Veraval railway station. Our representative will meet you & transfer to hotel. Check into your room (Check in time 14:00 hrs).

After Check in, pick up from hotel lobby for somnath half day local tour.

Somnath Jytorilinga Temple - A highly revered religious site for Hindus, the Somnath Temple is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of India. The Jyotirlinga is adorned with flowers, ornaments of silver and gold and people from far and wide come to worship it. It is first of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva.

Bhalka Tirth - Bhalka Tirth is a renowned Hindu pilgrim centre which is believed to be the location where Lord Krishna was shot by a hunter's arrow. According to the sacred s, Lord Krishna's death marks the end of the Dvapara Yug and the beginning of the Kali Yug. The tirth has a temple dedicated to Lord Krishna and is called Mahaprabhuji's Bethak.

Uparkot Fort - A fort and town was established at the foothills of Girnar hill during reign of the Maurya Empire and continued to be used during Gupta period, but it lost its importance when the capital of Saurashtra region was moved from Junagarh to Vallabhi by MaitrakaChudasamas settled around Junagarh from 875 CE according to bards when they acquired Vamansthali (Vanthli) from Chavda ruler.

Mahabat Maqbara Palace - Mahabat Maqbara and Bahauddin Maqbra are mausoleums in Junagarh, Gujarat, India. They were completed in 1892 and 1896 respectively and are dedicated to Mahabat Khan II, the Nawab of Junagarh State, and his minister Bahauddin Hussain Bhar respectively.

Junagarh Museum - Darbar Hall Museum in Junagadh. Of all the Tourist attractions in Junagarh, the Museums display a lot of the relics within the territory of walls. Junagarh is a historical city in Gujarat, in the west of India, on the Arabian Sea. The region of Junagarh became a district of Gujarat state in 1960.

Rotary Dolls Museum - Bi-level museum featuring a vast array of dolls from around the globe wearing traditional clothing.

Watson Museum - The Watson Museum, considered to be one of the best among the seven such museums located across Saurashtra and managed by the Gujarat state Government, it has collections of precious objects from the princely State of Rajkot founded by the Jadeja Rajputs.

Jubilee Garden - Jubilee Garden, a lush green garden located in the heart of the city of Rajkot. It is a notable tourist attraction with many attractions in the park.

Lalpari Lake - Very near to Rajkot Zoo. It is one of the main water source of Rajkot. Lake is surrounded by hills with scattered vegetation.
